Our store is hosted on GoDaddy, they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns, unless the the item is defective.  In order to process a replacement for a defective product, please e-mail ultimateislandoil@gmail.com with the order number, email, lot number, and reason for replacement.  Please  note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and no  C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.  We recommend using a traceable shipping method, such as USPS/UPS/FEDEX so you can retain the tracking number for your records. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your replacement item.
